It combines our trusted therapy modes with digital support features designed to simplify equipment setup and therapy acclimation and provide tailored support and coaching to help them self-resolve common therapy issues.

Clinically proven algorithm

AirSense 11 includes both the AutoSet and AutoSet for Her algorithms, which are among the most clinically published in the field of sleep-disordered breathing. It works to automatically adjust to each patient’s therapy pressure as their needs change – hourly, nightly and from season to season – to deliver the patient’s ideal lowest therapy pressure.

The latest-generation auto-adjusting CPAP machine with multiple specialized modes

Being the auto-adjusting CPAP (adjust your therapy pressure automatically), the ResMed AirSense 11 Auto changes airflow pressure levels on a breath-by-breath basis. The algorithm features multiple clinically proven modes, including the legendary AutoSet response that allows for gentler pressure increases as well as the For Her algorithm mode designed specifically for women.

Sleep onset detection algorithm and Expiratory Pressure Relief System for maximum patient comfort

The AirSense 11 Auto CPAP machine features ResMed’s sleep onset detection algorithm designed to deliver a low airflow pressure in order to help you fall asleep faster, while gradually increasing the pressure to your prescribed level once you have drifted off.


What’s more, the AirSense 11 features the Expiratory Pressure Relief (EPR) mode that provides you with constant airflow pressure while you inhale and makes it easier to exhale by expertly reducing the pressure on the go.

    First off, big thanks for the fast delivery!! Never bought from your cpap store before but can say I’ll be doing so again. The AirSense 11 arrived in just 1 day as promised. So far it’s been great, it looks stunning and is much smaller than my old Airsense 10 auto. Although I absolutely love that black beauty of a cpap, I can say that I won’t be using anymore as the 11 is just unbeatable as far as features, weight and noise are concerned.     It runs out of water in the middle of the night and I have to get up and fill it up. I understand that it is a problem with the humidifier but the whole experience with the machine is spoiled. Otherwise, all of the other features are great!

    I really wish I could say that my life changed after I started CPAP therapy but that would be a lie. Although I invested in the newest machine, mask, got humidifier and heated tube I still struggle a lot. Haven’t noticed a significant change in my sleep but I will not give up, I know it takes time. I know it’s not the right place to share my experience as it is supposed to be a review for the AirSense 11, I felt like I had to. But to be fair, the machine is quiet, looks really nice and is easy to operate with.

    I had the AirSense 10 but gave it to my brother who also has sleep apnea. I can say that the upgrade to the 11 is totally worth it. There are a lot of improvements, it is very easy to navigate with the touch screen, the myAir app is just amazing (it is probbably the first thing I check in the morning) Overall, great job from ResMed

    I am currently on a holiday in Zermatt and my old CPAP machine broke. I have been using it for 8 years and needless to say I can’t sleep without it. When I ordered the AirSense 11 with next-day delivery, the people from CPAPeurope contacted me to say that it won’t be possible as it would take at least 10 days for the shipment to arrive. I explained that I can’t stay without a CPAP machine for so long and they told me that they will try to find a solution. And they did. I received my AirSense 11 on the next day in Tasch which is really close to Zermatt and I just had to hop on the train for a few minutes. I am just extremely delighted that such good-hearted people still exist and care not only for the profit but also for their customers well-being.

    Very impressed with the capabilities of the Air 11 and that includes the three separate algorithms of the autoset 10. couldn’t get it with insurance in the UK so I checked at cpap europa after they sold me my current f30 mask. For a person living in the UK and having to order all of my sleep apnea equipment from abroad (no decent cpap store in Mells or around) I am used to purchasing everything from the continent. Many thanks for sending the 11 so quick lads.

    Have been searching for the ResMed AirSense 11 for months but I couldn’t find it anywhere in the UK. To be honest, I prefered to get it from a physical store because it is a bloody expensive purchase and I didn’t want to risk it. Finally found it here and they reassured me that everything is legit. Also, advised me to pay with PayPal as it gives you insurance. I got the shipment in 3 days and everything was packaged very good. I use the AirSense 11 for a few weeks now and I can say that it is really good. Helps me with my sleep lots and it is worth it to ge tit.

    Wasn’t sure if I really needed to upgrade the 10 I had with the 11. But I am happy that I did. The app is a blessing. It helps me so much. Also, it is way easier for my doc to track my therapy and our sessions happen on the phone. I don’t have to spend hours going there and waiting for the appoinment.

    Only downfall is that the machines come with a EU plug. I live in Liverpool and that was an inconvenience. I had to go buy an adapter which was annoying. Besides this, the machine is fine. Way quiter than my old one. Also, the app is a nice addition.

    Haven’t had a more comfortable sleep therapy ever. I got the 11 together with the humidifier and the heated tube. I don’t have dry mouth anymore. Also, Katerina helped me a lot with choosing a mask as we don’t have many of the masks in UK. Althogether, great device, great team!

    The 11 doesn;t have any big improvements from the 10. Maybe just the design but that’s not really worth the almost double price. It is a good machine, don’t get me wrong but I just think its nothing thaat much.

    It took me months to find it available and I finally did here. Amazing customer service. Not gonna lie, I had my fears as I am living in the UK and they are sending the orders from EU. I was relieved when I found out that they don’t only cover the shipping cost but also the customs duties so I really did pay only the price shown here.
